Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available on eligible orders.
Tracking Orders
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
